Alicia Coulter, MPH, MSW
Safe Spaces for Black Women™ is A MOVEMENT to provide Black women with a toolkit to navigate their professional spaces. Alicia developed this toolkit after she successfully survived workplace trauma and abuse. Her experience with validation, encouragement, and elevation (VEE) gave her the tools to elevate professionally. She found her safe space and realized other Black women needed access to the toolkit. The toolkit includes a bestselling book (Barnes and Noble), a blog, a podcast, and luxury events.
